Welcome! Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I am an international business consultant and adviser with offices in Charlestown, MA. I work with chief executives of large, medium- and small businesses on a broad range of issues of strategic significance to them and their stakeholders.

I deliver my services in the form of coaching, writing, publishing, meeting facilitation and through speaking engagements at conferences. I also take on specifically mandated and goal-oriented projects, such as selling your company or an acquisition search.

My clients include senior executives in large, medium and small companies, venture capital firms, trade associations and individual investors. I am particularly passionate about three intertwined issues, namely:

• Growing the Business through Acquisition and

• Customer Relations Management.

Throughout my career, I have co-founded and developed several companies, including Co-optics of America, a cooperative buying group for optometrists. In 1998, I created, and implemented an international strategic alliance for contract-stationers from various different countries.
